It's Snow Cold is a delicate sheer white base packed with iridescent glitters and sparkles, and a hint of pink-purple-orange shifting shimmer. **NOTE - this polish is semi-sheer by design. It can be worn as a light overlay or built up, but an undie may be desired for full coverage.
