Shipping & FAQ

What payment methods to do accept?

We currently accept payments via PayPal. Even if you do not have a PayPal account, you can utilize PayPal and check out as a guest.

What is the expected shipping time?

All orders will be shipped approximately 5-10 business days after the order is placed, but may take slightly longer during a sale, new release, holiday, or special event. We will do our best to ship orders sooner if possible.

Can you combine shipping?

Yes! If you placed multiple orders we will be happy to combine them. Please email us as soon as possible with the order information so we can pull the orders to be combined.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All sales are final. We are unable to offer returns or exchanges, and are unable to refund or reship any orders that show as delivered, accepted, or received via the tracking information. However, if there are any issues with your order please contact us at [email protected] and we will do our best to make things right.

If my order hasn't shipped yet, am I able to cancel or amend it?

Cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Any cancellation requests received more than 24 hours after the order is initially placed will be subject to a 10% restocking fee, provided the order has not already shipped. No refunds will be issued after an order has shipped. If you would like to add to your order we will be happy to combine shipping for subsequent orders, provided your original order has not yet shipped. For liability purposes we are unable to amend existing orders. Please review your purchase completely prior to checking out.

Do you offer International shipping?

At this time we only offer shipping within the US via USPS, and shipping to Canada via UPS and USPS. We are working on additional international shipping solutions for our nail polishes. We can ship non-nail polish items (Bath teas, cuticle oils, etc) internationally, so if you would like to purchase those items please contact us for a shipping quote.

I noticed an ORM-D sticker on my package. What does ORM-D mean?

ORM-D stands for "Other Regulated Materials - Domestic." It is a marking used for shipping within the United States for packages containing hazardous materials in limited qualities that present a limited hazard due to the material nature, quantity, and packaging. Nail polish is considered a "consumer commodity" hazardous material, which fails under the classification of ORM-D for shipping. You may also see this on packages shipped to Canada, as some carriers also use ORM-D designations for all of North America. We are closely following the guidelines for shipping hazardous materials, which is why your domestic packages have that blue sticker on the outside of the box, and may take a few days longer than normal to reach you, since all ORM-D shipments must go surface only mail.

UPDATE! We are now shipping following the "Small Quantity Provision" guidelines within the US, so there should be no delay on US packages.
